I guess I won't even bother to explain why I've been away for so long. Seriously, I think you'd all just rather some drawings instead of whinings. D:
So much has happened this past months! I traveled here and there, fought emotional crisis with "someone", pratically nailed my ass on the chair so I could study for my finals, freaked out to contact the Italian Embassy and the art school I wanted to go to college and get a visa but they never answered the phone, did the finals...
And you know the funny part? I passed the finals but I'm still stuck here in Mali!! Why? Because neither the embassy nor the school bothered to answer any of my emails and phone-calls (there's no italian embassy in Mali), not even to, you know, tell me that I should have sent the papers for college in MAY and not end of JUNE (when I got the results of my exams). Seriously, wtf?
Well, that's life: cried like a baby when I saw that I wouldn't be able to go back to Milan to see all my friends (and... well, you-know-who, mostly), but it's just another year! They've waited 4 years, another lil 6 months they can stand... Right?! (paranoia a go-go).
But ENOUGH of shitty emo whining!
Aside from all this shit, I did a lot of drawings that I have to scan (along with the requests!) and some weird funny stuff happened at home. Last week, for example, there was a storm so strong that the window in my parents' room almost flew away from the wall.
I'm not kidding. It dangled and there was a huge crack on the wall. Craziest shit I've ever seen.
I've also been in Dakar for a few days and went to a small safari. It was really awesome, we could get out of the car so we could see the animals closer. The alpha male of the giraffe pack for instance followed us around and I almost shit my pants when I got close the rhynos and they stood up angrily. Yieks! There was also a "baobab grave", inside where, in the past, the bodies of griots (a sort of social cast where the whole clan is raised to collect and tell stories of war and wealthy families. Like ambulant history books) where laid; since the griots didn't work with the land nor sea, they didn't have the right to have a regular tomb. Kinda gruesome, yet interesting: the whole in the baobab showed most of the fractured skulls and bones inside of it.
Well, for now this is it, I'll be installing the scan's program on this pc (I got my big computer back!

) and put some shit in this place.
Fuck, how many times did I write "shit"?
Shit, shit, shittity shit.
Oh, btw: I love True Blood. Awesome tv-show, the books arrived just yesterday in the mail! And big let-down. My parents seem to like Twilight. Damn it.
BAHA *is done* >_>
